New terms and conditions

By purchasing a ticket via our on-line booking system you accept the
following terms and conditions:


  1. The ticket will not be refunded under any circumstances.

  2. The usage of the ticket is strictly bound to its date, i.e. for
     which date it is valid. Changes of this ticket are only valid
     if accompanied with the explicit written approval of the Sterna
     staff.

 3.  The ticket will not be considered valid unless it is printed
     out, and handed over to our staff, or a valid SMS booking
     message is shown. If either of these procedures are, for some
     reason, not possible it is important that our staff is informed
     without delay, otherwise the ticket is considered invalid and
     will not be refunded.
